Community Wellbeing Projects

Our community wellbeing work is wonderfully varied - shaped by the people, places and needs of each project. All of our wellbeing projects are bespoke and co‑designed, created in partnership with the communities we work alongside. We work with people of all ages and from many different cultural backgrounds, bringing them together through nature, creativity and shared experience. We promote health and wellbeing through mindful activity, gentle physical challenge, time outdoors, connection, friendship, fun and laughter.

We have long experience supporting people who are struggling with wellbeing, confidence or life pressures, and we create spaces where people can feel safe, supported and understood. Over the years we’ve delivered woodland wellbeing, walking‑for‑health, family and park picnics, bushcraft and half‑term family activities; taken groups to the Peak District, the seaside and overnight trips; and co‑created Feeling Connected programmes with ethnically diverse communities across Chesterfield. Below you can explore three of our most recent wellbeing projects, or click through to discover more.
